ベビーコーンが旬です~蒸し焼きにしてみました~

代々木上原に散歩に行った際に、駅前のスーパーで、生のベイビーコーン(ヤングコーン)を見つけたので買ってみました。

10本ちょっとで300円しませんでした。

瓶詰めの酢漬けは好きだってのですが生の素材の調理初めてです。

調理と言ってもオリーブオイルかけて、グリル(トースター)で焼くだけですので簡単。

ひげも皮もまるごと食べられます。

焼く前に上の方の葉っぱはとってしまいます。

固い皮は2、3枚むきます。

髭は焦げないようにアルミホイルで巻いておきます。

 


















オーブンペーパーにのせてオリーブオイルをかけてトースターで5分ほど焼きます。グリルだともう少し短いかも。


ひっくり返して5分ほど焼いて出来上がり。

















食べる前に一口大に切っておくと食べやすいです。

 















味付けは塩、醤油、マヨネーズ、タバスコ?、などお好みで。

 















本体はコリコリした食感、皮はあま~いネギのようでとろけます。

おもてなしの1品にもぴったり。

旬が過ぎないうちに楽しみましょう。
