レンタルサイクル~社会実験やってるようです~

千代田区、中央区、港区、新宿区、江東区でレンタルサイクル(シェアサイクリング、コミュニティサイクル)の社会実験をやっています。いくつかの地方都市でもやっているようですね。
何年か前からやっているようですが、最近になって知りました。

5区のどこの会員でも相互利用できます。新宿区は最近(2016/10~)になって相互利用に加わったようです。
基本1回150円/30分+超過100円/30分の1回会員、または2000円/月で最初の30分の基本料金が無料の月額会員があります。1日乗り放題で1500円コースもあります。
電動自転車なので都内の坂道も楽々。ポート数も合計180あり、増設していっているようです。
通勤駅からオフィスまで使うもよし、レジャーで都内を乗り回すのもよしという感じです。


会員登録
  • ・必要なものはスマホ、メアド、クレジットカードです。おサイフケータイまたは交通系ICカードもあると便利ですが必須ではありません。
  • ・まずはどこの区でもよいので会員になります。トップページの検索画面のデフォルトがその区になるので、比較的よく使う区を選んでおけばよいです。
  • ・次にクレジットカードを登録します。スイカ精算は出来ないようなので、会員登録せずにスイカでチャリンは今のところ出来ません。
  • ・おサイフケータイ(またはスイカなど)の登録は必要な人だけ登録すればok。


自転車検索(予約)
  • ・スマホのページで使いたいポートの自転車番号を一つ選ぶと20分間有効のパスコードが登録したメアドに届きます。
  • ・間違えた時や、やっぱりやめたという時はスマホからキャンセルしてください。
  • ・実は予約しなくても使えるんですが最初は予約して使っていました。


貸出
  • ・予約した自転車の「スタートボタン」を押すとパスコード入力を促されるので、メアドに届いたパスコードを入力すれば開錠されます。
  • ・おサイフケータイ(またはスイカなど)を登録しておけば、パスコード入力の代わりにタッチで大丈夫です。
  • ・おサイフケータイ(またはスイカなど)登録があれば予約なしにいきなり自転車にタッチでもok。これが一番楽なパターン。


返却
  • ・いずれかのポートに自転車を戻します。
  • ・施錠をして「エンターボタン」を押すと返却になります。
  • ・(注!!)施錠しただけでは返却になりません。
  • 施錠&「エンターボタン」押した後、自転車のテンキーの上の返却メッセージまたはメアドに届く返却完了メールで返却完了の確認をして下さい。
  • 忘れた時は24時間のサービスデスクに電話すると処理してもらえます。

感想
使わなければ1円もかからないので、最初は試しに1回会員になって使っていました。
通勤駅からオフィスまで乗ってみたのですが結構使えます。
通勤駅のポートはほぼ常時自転車が置いてあるのですが、オフィスの近くのポートは夜遅くなると減ってくる傾向がありました。
実証実験中なので自転車の偏在具合や適性台数は調査の段階なのかもしれません。
また定期代も浮きそうなことがわかってきたので、月額会員に変更して定期の一部を払い戻してしまいました。

休みの日に車で都心まで行って路駐(合法の場所)して、自転車を乗り継いで都心をまわってみました。
最初のポートは小さなホテルだったのですが残台数が0だったので、隣のポートまで5分ほど歩いてスタートです。
あらかじめスマホで確認しておけばよかったのですが、ちょっと油断していました。(最近は自転車が0のポートがdにならないようにトラックで運んで調整しているようです。)

30分以内なら追加料金ないので、いくつかのポートを乗り継ぐ方針で都心をまわってみました。
慣れていないとポートを探すのに手間取るので、実質的には20分走ってポートを探しての繰り返しで、目的なく乗り継ぐのにはむいていないかもしれません。まあ行きたいところまで走って、追加料金払えばいいだけなんですけどね。
繁華街のポートは残自転車が少ないところもありましたが、返却する人も多くいるので大丈夫でした。

ドコモの技術を使っているようですが、ドコモ以外のスマホでも使えます。
たまに返却ポートが満杯になっていることがありますが、ポートの電波が届く範囲に邪魔にならないように置いておけば返却可能です。
貸出と返却のポートは別でも大丈夫(乗捨てok)なので使い勝手はよいですね。
ちなみに万が一途中でバッテリーが切れても少しだけ重い(?)自転車として走行は可能です。

渋谷や目黒は民間のレンタル自転車業者が既にあるためか、区としてのレンタルはしていないようです。世田谷区、渋谷区、目黒区、品川区あたりが加わってくれるともっと魅力的なサービスになるかな、とも思うのですが。

ますますクルマが売れなくなってしまうか、都心の渋滞や放置自転車の解消につながるかは、まだまだわかりませんが、個人的には、実験に終わらず、この料金、このサービスレベルで続けてくれるとよいかと思っています。

タブレット端末の電源が入らなくなってしまいました ~SC-01E分解してみます~

Tablet端末ので電源が入らなくなってしまいました。3年くらい前にauからドコモに乗り換えた際に入手したもので、IIJのsimを挿して使っていました。

SC-01E (Galaxy tab 7.7)というやつで、最近使っていなかったのですが、どうも完全放電させて数日放置していたら、ロックがかかってしまったみたいで、再充電ができなくなってしまいました。

針金でリセットしたり、音量小+電源ボタンの長押ししてもダメなので、 充電ケーブル が壊れたかなと思い、アマゾンで買いなおしてみましたが、やはり反応がありませんでした。

あとはバッテリーのリセットくらいなのですが、SC-01Eはバッテリーが外せない機器なので、ドコモショップに持っていく必要があります。
















ただ、既にドコモの契約が無いのでショップに行くのもちょっと億劫です。しかもこのSC-01Eはだいたい2世代くらい前の古い機械です。ということで、壊れるのを覚悟で分解して、バッテリーのリセットをして見ることにしました。

まず本体と裏面カバーを分離します。ドライバーや先の薄いものを本体とカバーの間に入れてゆっくりこじ開けます。ドライバーでやるとほぼ確実に傷つきます。私は爪でやったのですが数日間爪が痛かったです。ドライバー以外に何か良い工具があればよいのですが....。



本体から裏面カバーを外したところです。















ネジ6つ外すとバッテリー本体も外せます。これで自分でバッテリー交換できそうです。しないと思いますが...。


バッテリーの抜き差しをするためには、ここのケーブルをはずします。ミニドライバを差し込んでテコの原理で持ち上げてあげると外せます。















バッテリーを裏面カバーから完全分離。















あとはバッテリーを戻して、裏面カバーを本体に戻せばOK.無事に充電がスタートし復活しました。めでたし、めでたし。
おそらくSC-02Dあたりも同じつくりだと思います。

簡単チャーハン作ってみました。~今日は中華風~

今日の夕飯は餃子だったので、簡単チャーハンをつくってみました。今日は中華風です。



  • 基本方針
    1. 卵かけご飯で黄金のパラパラチャーハン。
    2. 好みの旨味調味料の組み合わせで自分のオリジナルチャーハンを。
自分の得意な旨味調味料と調理油を決めておくといろいろと応用がききます。

  • 準備するもの
    1. 卵かけご飯を作っておきます。溶き卵2個にご飯3杯くらい。適当です。
    2. 具材もお好みで切っておきます。ハムは食べやすい大きさに切ります。タマネギ、ピーマンも切ります。冷蔵庫にあるものでOK。
    3. おなかにたまるジャガイモも切ってみます。ジャガイモは2分ほどレンジにかけておくと後が楽です。ジャガイモは食べる時ちょっとべたつくので好きな人だけ。
    4. 味付けは、塩、コショウを用意。
    5. 旨味調味料は、ウェイパー(中)で作ってみました。オイスターソース(中)、コンソメ(洋)、ニンニク(洋)、めんつゆ(和)、塩麹(和)、コチジャン(韓)何でもよし。油はウェイパーに合わせてごま油。
  • さて調理です

    1. フライパンにゴマ油をひいて温めておきます。500円玉大。オリーブオイル(洋)、サラダオイル(洋)、ゴマ油(中)なんでもOK。
    2. ゴマ油があたたまったら具材を2分ほど炒め、その後卵かけご飯入れます。

    3. 塩、コショウで味を調えながら、旨味調味料を混ぜていきます。
    4. 適当に味見しながら火が通ったら出来上がり。

卵かけご飯を炒めることで、簡単に黄金のパラパラチャーハンができます。

具材と油と旨味調味料については、和、洋、中、韓を統一するのが基本ですが、慣れてきたら隠し味的に組み合わせてみてもよいかもしれません。

参院選挙結果と円安について




2016年7月の参議院選挙で与党自民党が勝利したことに関連して、「円が全面安、経済対策期待でリスク選好」という記事が出ていました。

自民党の勝利によって政権基盤が安定し、株が上がるというところまではわかるのですが、何故それが円安になるのかというところがどうしてもしっくり来ていませんでした。どちらかというと円高なのではないかと。

いろいろ調べて見たのですが、まず日本円は日本のメディアで報じられているようにデフォルトの懸念がある危ない通貨というより、むしろドルやユーロなどより安全資産であるという前提が、世界の投資家の間にはあるようです。

つまり、世界経済が順調な場合は金利の低い円を避けて円安へ、悪化する恐れがある場合は比較的安全な逃避先として円高になるようです。

つまり、自民党政権安定⇒大胆な経済政策が可能⇒日本株価上昇⇒世界経済へ好影響⇒リスクオン(選好)⇒円安、という流れが正しい解釈のようです。

これなら、英国のEU離脱⇒英国/EUの経済停滞⇒世界経済へ悪影響⇒リスクオフ⇒円高、の流れも腹落ちします。

ポイント①:日本円は安全資産(と考えられている)
ポイント②:世界経済に好材料(リスクオン)→円安。世界経済に悪材料(リスクオフ)→円高

私も日本(=日本政府、≠日本国家)には1,000兆円超の借金があるものの、バランスシートの右側に大きな借金があるという意味であって、代わりにそれに匹敵するくらいの資産が左側にある(はず)わけなので、 財政危機・財政破綻というような日本のマスコミでの報じられ方は適切ではないと考えています。

同様に、私的企業である格付け期間による日本国債(=日本円)の低い格付けは恣意的なものがあり、マーケットによる為替(円高=評価高)の方が実態をあらわしているかと思います。

逆に、中長期的に本当に財政悪化(借入金の大小でなく、バランスシートの悪化)をしていくのであれば、マーケットでの評価が下がり(=円安)、政府・日銀が目指しているインフレ&円安にふれるはずと思っています。(日本円=安全資産という前提が崩れる時ですが)

それよりも将来的には少子化による経済縮小(経済停滞でなく)や、貧富の差の拡大の方が市民生活には怖いと感じています。
