フライパンコロッケを作ってみました ~失敗から学ぶ料理学~


コストコに行ってジャガイモ2kg、玉ねぎ5kg、チーズ1.5kgを買ってきたので、いま流行りのフライパンコロッケを作ってみました。油で揚げずフライパンで焼くだけで簡単に作れる(はずの)コロッケです。

①パン粉(10g/人x3人分)を乾煎りして別皿にとっておきます。食べる直前に振りかけます。





















②じゃがいも(200g/人x3人分)を一口大に切って、レンジにかけ柔らかくしておきます。ちょっと量が多かったので、二回(1回あたり3分)にわけてレンチンしました。




















下で述べるように3分という時間が失敗の原因の一つで、十分やわらかくなるまで、もっと長時間かけるのがポイントです。また、一口大より小さくなるべく細かく切っておいた方が、後が楽です。



















③じゃがいもに牛乳(大さじ1杯/人x3人分)をまぜて、フォークでつぶしていきます。レンジが十分でなかったので、15分くらい頑張ってつぶしましたが、なかなかほぐれません。火を通せばやわらかくなると思い、途中であきらめました。


















④玉ねぎ(半分/3人)はみじん切りにして、ひき肉とともにフライパンでいためます。


















⑤肉に火が通ったところで、つぶしたジャガイモをフライパンに入れます。チーズはお好みですので、入れなくてもよいですが、好きな方は好きなだけ入れて下さい。塩、胡椒で味を整えつつ焼いてください。ニンニクとか、塩麹とか、コンソメなど、旨味調味料で味付けしてもいいかも。



















⑥味見してみましたが、まだジャガイモが固くてゴリゴリしています。シリコン製の泡立て器を使って、フライパンの中で必死につぶしました。これは想定外に疲れました。


















⑦ジャガイモに火が通ったら出来上がり、お皿に移して乾煎りしたパン粉を振りかけて出来上がり。あまり、見栄えがよくないですが、ソースをかけていただくと、確かにコロッケの味になりました。





















同じくコストコで買ってきた、めかぶ(900g入り!!)ポン酢風味、ダシダ(韓国の風だしの素)で作ったスープと合わせてみました。

















妻と息子と食べてみましたが、 おいしいと言ってもらえました。初回で手際も悪く、ジャガイモつぶしに時間を要し、トータル1時間以上かけた甲斐がありました。次回はもう少し量を少なくして、しっかりレンジかけて、手際よく作ってみたいと思います。


















これは、この後ついつい食べてしまったチーズピザ(丸形ピザ5色チーズ 96592)。巨大なピザなのなで、一部は冷凍しておき、何日かかけて食べます。この料理の直前に区民プールで1km泳いできたのですが、差し引きでも太ってしまったと思います。


















今回の調理で使ったとろけるチーズ(1.5パウンド,680g)x2袋セット。これだけあれば好きなだけ入れられます。

前にも書きましたが、コストコはテーマパークと割り切って買い物しています。日ごろ買えないものを お土産気分で買っています。日常の食料として買うと食費がすごいことになります。

ワイパー交換してみました(2016)


ワイパーの交換を自分でやってみようと思い調べてみました。






 
 

まずは下調べでカー用品店にいってみましたが、BOSCH、PIAA、NWB..と互換ワイパーメーカーがたくさんありました。











さすがに全部調べるわけにもいかないので、とりあえず何となくですが、資料が持ち帰れそうなBOSCHで行くことにしました。

更に商品名にはインポートマスター、ツイン、エアロツイン、エアロツインマルチ、トップピッツプラス…どれがいいのか、さっぱりわかりません。

適合表も国産車は手厚い説明があるものの、輸入車はどこを見てよいものやら…。いくつか商品のカタログっぽいものを手にしていったん帰宅。

露出の一番多いものがきっと最新のお薦めだろうということで、AeroTwinにしぼって検索開始。





BOSCHのホームページで適合表を開いてみると、エアロツインが複数の場所に掲載されていて、それぞれのE84(E90/E91/E92の一部も同様)の情報が微妙に違っている(?_?)

















最初はワイパーゴムの交換だけで、数百円ですませようとおもっていたのですが、どうやらゴムとブレードをセットで変える必要がありそうで数千円コースになりそうです。ディーラー車検で交換することになったら、万円コースだから、まあ仕方がないか。

BOSCHの適合表ページ内でエアロツインのE84が二ヶ所見つかったけど、最大公約数的に情報を確認すると、フロント左右セットが A930S で、リアがA333H のようです。

ちょっと心配なので、実車の現行ブレードの長さと接続部分形状だけ確認してみます。実車のワイパーをはずしてみて…、と、初めて外してみるのでドキドキですが、つまんで捻れば(ずらせば)、いいのかな。カチッ…、どうやら壊さずにはずせたようです。

適合表の「アーム形状F」(後で呼称が古いということが判明します)をググって出てきた写真、もらってきたパンフ、現行の実物が合っていることを確認します。フロントもリアも同じ形!!OK!!!

A930S と A333H をアマゾンと楽天でチェックして、安そうで信用できそうなお店を探してポチりました。

評判のよさそうなお店でお願いしたのですが、結局BOSCH のページを自分で確認するようにということで、適合は自己責任、ノークレーム、ノーリターンだそうです。

それから……注文ページ上では在庫がありそうだったのですが、結局本国からお取り寄せになり、最長2ヶ月と言われましたが、最後は10日ほどで届きました。結果オーライでしたがどうもこのあたりの仕組みがわかりません。だったら、自己責任だし直接ドイツ本国にオーダーすれば、もっと安かったかな?

さて、気を取り直して届いた商品の確認です。リアはBMW E84(X1)が明記されていたのですが、フロントの発注名称はAUDI A3となっていたので、ちょっと心配です。

箱を開けてみたところ、アダプタ部分の形状がフロントとリアで異なっている!?!?。

「フロント。何だ?この形は?2って書いてある。」



















「リア。こっちは今使っているのと同じ形。」



















やってしまったかな、と焦りながら、実車からもう一度古いワイパーブレードを外して比べてみました。二度目ともなると意外と簡単に外せるものです。

購入した商品のリアの接続アダプタ部分は実車と同じ形。でもフロントは形が違っている。フロントはタイプFとかじゃなくて、2って書いてあるよ(?_?)リアは取り付けてしまいましたがフロントが取り付きません。

フロントはどうしよう(?_?)。商品パンフレットにアダプタ2の外し方が、載っていたから、ブレードから外して交換すればいいのかな(?_?)でも交換するアダプタはついてないぞ(?_?)アダプタだけ再オーダーすればいいのか(?_?)製品番号は正しいはずなのに。更に枝番でもあったのかな(?_?)

妻が異変に気づき怪しんでいます。カミングアウトしたら怒られそうだ。いやもうちょっと確認してからにしよう!!最悪、自分のお小遣いで償却すればいいかなと、思いながらもう一度BOSCH の適合表ページをみます。

あれ?適合表内の二種類あったページの接続アーム形状の表記が一方はC、他方はFとなっています。オーダーしたお店のページをみるとCとなっていますが、最新はCらしい。Fって何だったんだ(?_?)2って何だ?やはり間違えたか(?_?)

かなりパニックになりましたが、3回深呼吸して、もう一度車に戻り、フロント左に軽く嵌め込んでみると、カチッ!?、はまりました。あれ(?_?)。

フロント右もカチッ。はまりました。もう深夜なので、これでダメなら妻へのカミングアウトを覚悟していたのですが、だんだん落ち着いて来ました。

部屋に戻って落ち着いて整理してみると次のような推理が成り立ちそうです。

E84はフロントもリアも車台側のアームの接続部分の形状は新C。ただし、最近、形状の呼称を変わったようで、旧形状呼称はやはりF(旧)。BOSCH の適業表ページは、いまだに旧形状呼称と新形状呼称のページが混在しているようです。(よく見たら、オーダーしたお店のページにも、そういう注意が書いてありました!!)


















そして更にわかったことは、フロントはどうやら新Cの代わりに「2」というBOSCH 独自のアダプタの形状にしてあり、新Cや他の形状(AとかFとかわかりませんが)とも合わせられるように、いくつかの形状に対して共通アダプタを採用しているみたいです。

よって、車台側の新Cと製品側のアダプタ2は接続はできるという仕組みのようです。

本当にややこしかったです。やっと理解できましたが、購入前にここまで理解して発注するのは無理だと思います。だって適合表ページに古い情報が載っているんですから。

結局A930S と A333Hを購入して正しかったです。世界中で皆さん苦労しているのかな(?_?)。とりあえず、オーダーする際はよく調べて、自己責任で。あー、疲れた。では、お休みなさい。o(__*)Zzz
